Do you charge for estimates?
Estimates are free. Call or fill out the form, we come out, look at the job, and give you a real number — no pressure, no fee, no obligation. You hire who you want to hire.
Do you pull permits?
Yes, when the job requires one. Water heaters, repipes, sewer repairs — anything inspected by the county gets a permit pulled under our license. The permit cost is itemized, not buried.
How fast can you come out?
Same day for emergencies — burst pipes, no water, major leaks. Usually within 48 hours for non-urgent calls, and faster if we happen to be on Camano already. We will be straight with you on the phone about timing.
Do you do bathroom and kitchen remodels?
Yes — full bathrooms and kitchens, or single-fixture swaps. Tubs, shower valves, vanities, toilets, sinks, faucets, dishwashers, disposals, ice-maker runs. We handle the rough-in for your tile setter and come back for a clean trim-out when the finishes arrive.
Do you work nights and weekends?
The after-hours emergency line is answered 24/7. Regular business hours are Monday–Saturday, 7 a.m.–6 p.m. After-hours calls carry a modest surcharge — we will tell you the number on the phone, not in the invoice.
